Resilient Generation is Restoration’s college and young adult ministry. We try to be intentional with everything we do at our church, that includes the names of our ministries. Many people fail to realize that the young adults of our world are under extreme amounts of pressure. They are constantly having professors, peers, coworkers and even bosses force the things of the world on them. It becomes hard to be a light in the darkness because they feel the dark far outnumbers that light. It is the mission of Resilient Generation to stand firm under the pressures of this word and continue to be resilient as our name indicates, to realize that they are the only light shining in the dark.
Our Resilient family welcomes all that are from ages 18-30. We understand that some might be outside of this age range but are young at heart, we will always welcome you and if this ministry isn’t the perfect fit for you then we will help you find your place in our family. Our meetings are typically every other Saturday at Pastor Elisha and Claudia’s home from 6pm until they run you off because they need their beauty rest. Food is a must, fellowship is a must, and the word is a must. Which means we have dinner, time to talk and bible study at every meeting, unless we decide to take a wild adventure somewhere to keep us young. Please Pastor Elisha or Claudia for more details.
